DEPOSITS​

 

Cabins:

40% of Reservation Total.

Deposit Due When a Reservation is Made.

Balance, plus 9.5% tax due upon arrival.

You will be held responsible for the entire reservation unless cancelled per our policy.

CANCELLATIONS​

Cabins:

14 Days Regular Season

30 Days High Season

RV Sites:

Monthly site 30 days before arrival day.

All others 14 days before arrival day.

No shows will be charged for the entire reservation

A $25.00 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations.

No Refund for Early Departures or late cancellations

PETS​

 

YES: We do allow pets in the cabins as well as the RV Park.

Most cabins are limited to 2 pets, with a fee of $25/pet/night.  Cabins 10 & 11 are limited to 1 pet, with a of $25/pet/night. There is no fee for the RV park.

 

Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding in cabins ($150.00 cleaning fee).  Any other damages to the cabins is the guests responsibility.

 

All pets must be kept on a leash and crated if left unattended so not to disturb others.

 

Owners must pick up after their pets. 

 

Pets are not allowed in the office, clubhouse, Laundry, or Restrooms.

CHECK OUT

CABINS: 10:00 am

RV: 12:00  pm 

FIRE RESTRICTIONS

We are located with in the City Limits, which does not allow for individual fire rings at RV or Tent sites. We do offer 2 permitted fire pit areas for guest use, as well as a central BBQ Grill.
