DEPOSITS
Cabins:
1 night stays must be paid in advance
All others $100 /cabin/stay
RV Sites:
1 night stays must be paid in advance, all others up to 1 month $50.00
1 month or more $100.00

CANCELLATIONS
Cabins:
30 Days Regular Season
45 Days High Season
RV Sites:
Monthly site 45 days before arrival day.
All others 7 days before arrival day.
No shows will be charged for the entire reservation
A $25.00 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations.
No Refund for Early Departures or late cancellations

PETS
YES: We do allow pets in the cabins as well as the RV Park.
Cabins are limited to 2 pets, with a fee of $15/pet/night. Their is no fee for the RV park.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding in cabins ($150.00 cleaning fee). Any other damages to the cabins is the guests responsibility.
All pets must be kept on a leash and crated if left unattended so not to disturb others.
Owners must pick up after their pets.
Pets are not allowed in the office, clubhouse, Laundry, or Restrooms.

FIRE RESTRICTIONS
We are located with in the City Limits, which does not allow for individual fire rings at RV or Tent sites. We do offer 2 permitted fire pit areas for guest use, as well as a central BBQ Grill.
